No Payment = No Order
- Local and International Orders are welcomed.
- Shipping Fees from the supplier in Korea to us(Singapore) are included in the price stated on the post.
- Items that comes with posters/freebies will be in a WHILE STOCK LAST basis, unless stated.

- All order forms are to be sent by email to 3ndlessmelody@gmail.com
- Please make the FULL payment before sending in your order form,unless you are meeting up for payment
- Once order form are sent in, NO CHANGE/CANCELLATION are allowed to make.
- Once order form are sent in, we will treat it as you have accepted all the Terms and Conditions that we had stated.
- Please note that all items are not instock, unless otherwise stated.

Please check the your order status for order/shipping dates
- Items will arrive 2~3 weeks after orders are made subjected to delays

- No exchange/refunds unless the item that you buy is Out Of Stock (OOS). In case of oos, full refund will be made.
- We will not hold any responsibility on the mistakes made by the suppliers, eg, Wrong size/colour.
- We will not hold any responsibility on the lost or damaged of items during the shipment.
- Both Meetup and Postage services are available.
For Meetup: Timing and Location will be at our convenience.

For Postage: Normal and Registered Postages are available, Buyers are to pay the fees of postage.
Buyers who opted for normal postage, we will not be responsible for any lost or damage of items during postage
A tracking number will be provided through mail for registered postage
- All the items are brand new, unless otherwise stated.
- When items arrive, a mail of notification will be sent to inform buyers and collection/postage will be arranged.
- Items will be kept for buyer for a period of 30 DAYS, counting from the day when mails for the collection of items after the items had arrived.
if there is no news about the buyer,the items will be confiscated by us and no refund will be given.
- For all the pictures that are being posted are only for reference.

If you are collecting by postage, there will either be a second payment for postage after items arrive or you can mail us for an estimated amount postage to pay first. We will refund the extra, if the estimated postage fees is more than actual, and if the postage is insufficient, we will mail you to pay the extra (but normally the estimation will be more than or same as actual)
Do take note the posters have to mailed separately if would like to be rolled in tube, and for bulky/heavy items, speedpost might be required.


If all the above payment methods is not available for you, concealed cash is available at your own risk. We WOULD NOT be responsible for lost payments. If you would like to pay using this method, state payment method as concealed cash in the order form, we will mail you the address.
